விளக்கம்:

விருந்தினர் வீட்டின் வெளியெயிருக்க, தான் மட்டும் தனித்திருந்து உண்பது அமிழ்தமேயானாலும், அது விரும்பத்தக்கதன்று.

Translation in English:

Though food of immortality should crown the board,

Feasting alone, the guests without unfed, is thing abhorred.

Meaning:

It is not fit that one should wish his guests to be outside (his house) even though he were eating the food of immortality.
